Dawn Way Johnson

Dawn Way Johnson is a dedicated sales leader currently serving as Regional Director at Instructure. With a career that began in mental health as a Residential Treatment Counselor at Daybreak Girls Home, Dawn has spent over two decades focused on creating meaningful educational pathways. Dawn has held several leadership roles, including positions at Pearson and Turnitin, where they championed strategies for equitable student outcomes. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women Studies at the University of Northern Colorado, Dawn's work is guided by values of authenticity, resilience, integrity, and humility, inspired by their two daughters.
