Eric Saupe

Eric Saupe is an accomplished software engineer with a diverse background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Instructure since January 2021, Eric has also co-founded Starry Night Studios LLC in June 2014. Previously, Eric held the position of Software Developer at CHAINGOTECH S.L. from October 2017 to October 2023, focusing on web applications using Ethereum Blockchain technology. Eric's experience includes a role as Director of Software Development at Embrk from April 2020 to January 2021, and Senior Software Engineer at Deseret Book from June 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included designing, creating, and maintaining web-based applications as well as managing databases. Eric also gained early experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2011. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Utah in 2013.
