Fran Colombo

Fran Colombo is an EDI and EdTech Success Manager with extensive experience in client success and account management. They have previously led the Education Client Success team at Flair, overseeing numerous secondary school accounts and enhancing product offerings through client feedback. At InTuition Languages, Fran managed language training solutions and played a key role in student satisfaction and course administration. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Instructure, where they focus on optimizing the student experience and support systems. Fran holds a PGCE from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor's degree from Università degli Studi di Milano.
