Harry Tubben currently serves as Corporate Business Development for Europe at PeopleCert, a role assumed in May 2023. Prior to this position, Harry held the title of Head of Sales at FIEGE from February 2021 to May 2023. A significant portion of Harry's career was spent at Rosetta Stone as Head of Business Development for Europe from January 2013 to February 2021. Additionally, Harry has worked at Instructure in Channel Account Management for Central Europe since July 2025, and previously as Channel Sales Executive for Eastern Europe and the Russian Federation at Blackboard International BV from January 2008 to January 2013, where Harry earned Sales Rep of the Year for Blackboard Learn in 2009. Early career experience includes serving as Regional Manager and receiving the International Rep of the Year award in 2007 at Blackboard, as well as working as Channel Manager/Business Development at Secu-Right GmbH from January 2003 to April 2005.
