Heather Degroot

Heather DeGroot is a Solutions Engineer at Instructure since March 2024 and a ViewSonic Expert and Authorized Trainer since June 2023. At ViewSonic, DeGroot is responsible for delivering training on interactive flat panels and MyViewBoard software after becoming Expert Certified at the company’s headquarters. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Integration Coach at Oshkosh Area School District, where DeGroot focused on enhancing student achievement through personalized training in digital tools. Previous roles also include National Distribution Account Executive at AT&T, where sales and customer relationship management were prioritized, and Technology Integration Specialist and Science Teacher at Fond Du Lac School District, where DeGroot supported teachers with technology and developed engaging science lessons. Educationally, DeGroot holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a focus on Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
