Heidi Dodge

Heidi Dodge is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success K12 at Instructure since February 2024, Heidi has also held a significant role as Manager of K12 Customer Success at Parchment since October 2010, showcasing expertise in customer relationship management. Previous experience includes positions at Thomson Reuters as a Special Account Representative and at Scholastic Book Fairs as a Sales Consultant. Heidi began the career journey as a Store Manager at County Seat from 1995 to 1999. Educational credentials include two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Retail Business and Business Administration and Management.
