Customer Success Manager

Jennifer Etley is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in customer success and instructional leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Instructure since May 2021, Jennifer builds trust with stakeholders, manages customer relationships, and oversees the onboarding and retention processes. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at Arlington ISD from August 2004 to June 2021, including Dean of Instruction and High School Testing Facilitator. Throughout this tenure, responsibilities included overseeing a master schedule for over 3,600 students, coaching teachers, integrating technology in education, and managing professional development sessions. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Concordia University Texas.
