Jessica Hill has extensive experience in technical support and educational services, currently serving as the Manager of Advanced Support at Instructure since July 2013. During her tenure, Jessica has progressed through various supervisory roles, starting as a L1 Technical Support Representative and advancing to L2 and L3 Support Supervisor positions, specifically focusing on Canvas LMS. Prior to Instructure, Jessica held multiple positions at Salt Lake Community College from August 2008 to July 2013, including Specialist III, Lead Proctor, and Interim Coordinator of Testing Services, where responsibilities encompassed exam administration and staff training. Jessica began her career at Weber State University as an Assistant to Instructional Designers and Web Developers, gaining experience in online course management. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Weber State University.
