Jonathan Heyse has extensive experience in customer relationship management systems, currently serving as the Director of CRM Systems at Instructure since December 2015, progressing through roles from CRM Systems Analyst to Senior Manager. Prior to Instructure, Jonathan was an Operations Manager at Zane Benefits, where responsibilities included managing the IT help desk, overseeing contracts and vendors, optimizing network security, and administering Salesforce and Google Apps. Jonathan also gained experience as a Business Analyst at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah and completed studies at the National Outdoor Leadership School.
