Kara Rogers serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Instructure, having held various roles within the company since April 2014, including Corporate Controller, Director & Assistant Corporate Controller, and SEC Reporting Manager. Prior to her tenure at Instructure, Kara worked at Grant Thornton LLP from January 2009 to May 2014, where responsibilities included leading the audit process, managing teams, and researching complex accounting transactions as an Audit Senior Associate. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Utah State Auditor's Office. Kara holds a Master's in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
