Kara van Schilfgaarde

Kara van Schilfgaarde is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Instructure since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kara held various positions at Class, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, from October 2021 to May 2023. At Kaymbu, from July 2018 to September 2021, Kara led the customer success department, focusing on the customer journey for early childhood educational tools and managing a team of Success Managers. Kara's earlier experience includes teaching English at Excel Academy Charter Schools and YES Prep Public Schools, where innovative curriculum development and effective lesson planning were key responsibilities. Kara began a professional journey with an internship at Ashoka, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rice University obtained in 2015.
