Kyle Cole

Kyle Cole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the education technology sector, currently serving as a Product Specialist in Data and Insights at Instructure since November 2019. In this capacity, Kyle acts as a subject matter expert, offering technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle and driving sales and customer success through strong relationship-building and active support for key customers. Prior roles at Instructure include Technical Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, where Kyle handled complex technical challenges and managed customer renewals in the North Central region. Previously, Kyle was the Assistant Director of eLearning at Lake-Sumter State College, overseeing instructional design processes and leading a team to promote academic excellence. Kyle's educational background includes a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Education and Industry Training, both from the University of Central Florida.
