Lacey Steinmann

Lacey Steinmann is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Instructure since January 2023. With extensive experience at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Lacey held various roles including Lead HRIS & Benefits Administrator, where responsibilities included managing benefits programs and overseeing the Leave of Absence program, as well as supporting Workday system updates. Lacey has also contributed to community service as a member of the Board of Directors for PeeWees of SWFL, a nonprofit organization focused on agricultural education for young children. Lacey holds certifications as a Natural Health Professional and a Health Coach from Trinity School of Natural Health, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Florida Gulf Coast University.
