Lizzy Rodriguez

Lizzy Rodriguez, Ed.D., currently serves as the Manager of Learning Services and Strategic Consultant at Instructure, where responsibilities include managing large strategic clients and strengthening stakeholders' platform knowledge through targeted training and change management strategies. As a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Regional Lead for NORAM, Lizzy facilitated the execution of comprehensive initiatives and events, collaborating with global teams to enhance workplace culture. Previously, Lizzy was the Director of Academic Support at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School, overseeing academic programs aimed at improving student success, and has held teaching roles at The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur and The Academy of St. Matthias the Apostle. Lizzy holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Education in Education and Teaching, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Government and Theology, both from the University of Notre Dame.
