Matthew Jenson

Matthew Jenson is a seasoned project consultant at Instructure since November 2016, specializing in coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure effective product implementations. Prior experience includes serving as an L1 Support Engineer, where expertise in communication played a key role in client success and conflict resolution. Prior to Instructure, Matthew worked as a relationship coach at Townsend Relationship Center, empowering individuals and couples to enhance their communication skills and foster healthy relationships. Additionally, Matthew held the position of client success manager at Solutionreach, Inc., focusing on comprehensive client care through active listening and training. Matthew earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Utah State University from 2012 to 2014.
