Molly Henschel, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Director of Research at Instructure since January 2023, following the acquisition of LearnPlatform, where Molly held the position of Senior Researcher from June 2021 to December 2022. Prior to this, Molly worked as a Researcher and Evaluator at Magnolia Consulting, LLC from 2016 to 2020, and gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2013 to 2016. Additional roles include Evaluation Specialist and Research Assistant at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine from 2011 to 2013. Molly holds a Ph.D. in Educational Evaluation and Research from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from William & Mary, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
