Nicki Dittemore

Nicki Dittemore is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Instructure since November 2014, with a prior role as an Account Manager at Sidewalk, where day-to-day technology product operations were managed for retail and textbook rental services in U.S. universities. Earlier experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Facebook, overseeing scheduling and contracts, and as Senate Rooms Reservation Coordinator for the United States Senate Rules Committee, managing event schedules and educating staff on room guidelines. Dittemore also served as Senior Staff Assistant to U.S. Senator Bob Bennett, where assistance was provided in legislative research and constituent services.
