Phil Clark

Phil Clark is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Parchment Technology at Instructure since February 2024, Phil focuses on continuous innovation and enhancing digital product delivery. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Parchment, where Phil successfully led application engineering teams and advanced digital initiatives, and various positions at DHL, where Phil contributed to enterprise architecture and software engineering. Additionally, Phil is a founder of Rethink Your Understanding and serves on the board of the Value Stream Management Consortium. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University, obtained from 1994 to 1997.
