Scott Dennis

Scott Dennis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and support within the education technology sector. Since joining Instructure in September 2012, Scott has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Canvas Technical Support & Community, where responsibility included leading global support teams, and Senior Director of Community Engagement, managing a sizable user community. Prior to this, Scott worked at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges as an eLearning Professional Development Manager, coordinating faculty training across numerous institutions. Earlier career experiences include roles at Lower Columbia College as eLearning Manager and Longview Police Department as a Crime Analyst. Scott's educational background includes advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Public Affairs from Southern New Hampshire University and Washington State University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Information Systems.
