Spencer Olson

Spencer Olson has extensive experience in technology and compliance, currently serving as a Tech Lead and Software Engineer at Instructure since September 2014. Spencer's prior experience includes participation in an intensive web development program at Dev Bootcamp, where skills in Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Agile Development were acquired. Earlier roles at Wintrust Financial Corporation spanned from Compliance Associate to Compliance Officer, with responsibilities that included ensuring compliance with lending laws, transforming the Fair Lending program, and developing technologies for monitoring performance. Spencer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
