Steve Nye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Customer Success for EMEA at Instructure since September 2019, Steve leads teams ensuring customer satisfaction and goal achievement with Instructure products. Prior to this role, Steve was the Head of Client Services at Neeve Research, where responsibilities included overseeing customer success for the X Platform. Steve also worked as a Business Mentor for Startupbootcamp and held significant roles at OSIsoft, including Vice President of Customer Services & Support, where advocacy for Fortune 500 customers and management of a global team was key.
