Tracy To'omalatai has extensive experience in vendor management and educational services, currently serving as Services Vendor Manager (Global) at Instructure since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tracy held various positions at Western Governors University from November 2007 to July 2021, including Vendor Manager for Program Development and Faculty in the Teachers College. Additional experience includes serving as Youth Services Case and Relationship Manager for Salt Lake County, Victim Assistance Coordinator at the Davis County Attorney Office, and Instructional Home Study and Safe School Violation Teacher at Granite School District.
