Tyler Doxey has extensive experience in various management and technical roles, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Services and Services Enablement at Instructure since May 2014, with prior roles including Director of Customer Success and Services Enablement and Senior Manager of Solution Architects. Between August 2009 and May 2014, Tyler held several positions at Verio, developing standard reporting procedures and training programs, implementing the ADDIE methodology, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Earlier in Tyler's career, from October 2007 to August 2009, leadership was demonstrated at Get Away Today Vacations as Team Lead. Tyler holds an MBA in Marketing from Washington State University and both a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
