Tyler Hawks has extensive experience in technical support and woodworking, currently serving as an L3 Technical Support Engineer at Instructure since March 2016, following roles as L2 and L1 Technical Support Engineer within the same company. Prior to that, Tyler worked as a woodworker at Tanner Frames from May 2015 to March 2016 and gained early experience as a Computer Lab Assistant at the University of Utah from 2013 to 2014. Additional experience includes IT support at OHL from 2010 to December 2011 and a temporary position with Adecco Group from 2009 to 2010. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Utah (2012 - 2015) and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Truckee Meadows Community College (2007 - 2009).
