Zoltán Csapó is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing teams and driving product development. Currently serving as Sr Director of Software Engineering and Engineering Site Lead for Instructure Hungary since July 2021, Zoltán oversees software engineering teams in the Lifelong Learning area and mentors Engineering Managers. Previous roles at Ericsson included Technical Line Manager for Ericsson Expert Analytics and Product Development Leader, where Zoltán managed cross-functional teams and played a key part in organizational strategy execution. With a strong background in Agile methodologies as a Program Manager and Agile Coach, Zoltán has helped transition teams to Lean and Agile practices. Zoltán holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
