Patrick M. is an applications engineer at Instrumart. Patrick has also worked as a senior equipment engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and as a manufacturing engineer at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. In 2017, they completed the Manufacturing Leadership Program at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

Patrick has experience in providing executive level strategic equipment strategy, driving predictive monitoring solutions to legacy machinery, leading cost focused PM initiatives, and working with a high skilled, high experience tenured maintenance tech force. Patrick is also hands-on when it comes to machines and work culture.

At Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., Patrick developed and executed comprehensive re-commissioning plans for legacy idle high speed equipment, ensuring internal Safety & Quality standards met while conforming to current OSHA & SQF requirements. Patrick also delivered cost savings through the development and execution of New Product Development trials for next-generation primary-packaging materials for network critical projects. In addition, they did proactive analysis of machine performance & quality data from new product development work, to quantify manufacturing impact of new materials & methods.

Patrick M. completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from Rochester Institute of Technology. Patrick then went on to earn certifications from Johnson & Johnson in Green Belt in DMADV and Green Belt in DMAIC.
