Adly Bakhet is a seasoned engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in medical devices, biotechnology, and industrial applications. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of R&D Electrical Engineering at Insulet Corporation, Adly previously held leadership roles at Breas Medical, Olympus IMS, and Harvard Bioscience, demonstrating expertise in product lifecycle development and regulatory compliance. Adly is recognized for building high-performing teams and successfully aligning technical strategies with business objectives. They earned a BSEE from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island and began their career as an Engineering Intern at the Community Environmental Center.
