Anna Shleyzer, PharmD, CDCES, currently serves as the DSMES Program Quality Coordinator at HEDGES HEALTHMART PHARMACY, focusing on enhancing diabetes education in the community. In addition, Anna works as a Medicare Field Trainer for Dexcom and a Clinical Pharmacist for Dr. Jose R. Antunes Endocrinology, as well as a Certified Trainer for Insulet Corporation. Prior to these roles, Anna was a Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health for over a decade. Anna earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Florida between 2005 and 2009.
