Dan Hua

Dan Hua is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer at Insulet Corporation since November 2025, Dan has previously held senior mechanical engineering positions at ColdSnap and Droplette. Notable earlier roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at Drinkworks and Mechanical Designer at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Dan's career began as a Principal Mechanical Engineer at QinetiQ US, with additional experience at Philips, Tyco Fire Products, Johnson Controls Security Products, and Andover Controls. Dan holds a Certificate in Plastic Design from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, an MFA in Industrial Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tongji University.
