Dan Murray has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dan started their career at Accenture as a Senior Manager and worked there for eight years. Dan then joined Philadelphia Gas Works, where they held various positions including Director of Resource Management, Vice President of Customer Affairs, and Senior Vice President of Customer Affairs and Operations. After that, they joined National Grid as the Vice President of Process Excellence, where they provided strategic guidance and led the development of process improvement initiatives. Currently, they are working at Insulet Corporation as the Senior Director of E2E Customer Experience Product Management, where they are responsible for defining and evolving the company's global customer experience strategy.
Dan Murray earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from Providence College.
