David Harlow

David Harlow has an extensive work experience in the health care industry, primarily focused on health care law, compliance, and privacy. David started their career as a Real Estate & Business Attorney at Rubin and Rudman LLP from 1987 to 1990. David then served as the Deputy General Counsel at the MA Department of Public Health from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they became a Partner in the Health Care Practice at Posternak Blankstein & Lund (now ArentFox Schiff) from 1995 to 2005. In 2005, they established their own company, The Harlow Group, where they worked as a Health Care Attorney, Consultant & Blogger until 2019, focusing on health data privacy, health care innovation, and health care policy. Currently, they are the VP, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at Insulet Corporation, leading their efforts in medical device and health care compliance and privacy.

David Harlow has a JD in Health Law from Boston University School of Law, an MPH in Public Health and Health Law from Boston University, and an AB in Modern Literature & Society from Brown University.
