Frank Rodriguez

Frank Rodriguez is the Global Director of Social Impact at Insulet Corporation, a position held since 2025. They have extensive experience in leadership roles, including serving as Global Leader for Our Race to Health Equity at Johnson & Johnson from 2021 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Frank worked at Procter & Gamble as an Assistant Brand Manager and later as a Brand Manager. They have a strong educational background with a Master's Degree and Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, as well as an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
