Hjalte Hojsgaard has extensive work experience in various roles at Insulet Corporation. Hjalte started as a Manager in Consumer Marketing, focusing on direct-to-consumer strategies for the Omnipod Insulin Management System in the USA. Hjalte then moved on to become an Associate Director in Consumer Marketing for both the USA and international markets. In this role, they improved the marketing and sales process, leading to increased customer conversion. After that, they took on the position of Interim Country Manager in Canada, overseeing the sales and business operations team. Later, they served as the International Marketing Director for markets outside of the USA, managing distributor relationships and growing revenue in existing and new markets. Lastly, they held the role of Sr. Regional Business Director for the UK and Benelux, establishing direct sales and business operations across Europe. Before joining Insulet Corporation, Hjalte worked as an Engagement Manager and Business Analyst at MarketCulture Strategies Inc, and as the Co-founder and President of START Danmark.
Hjalte Hojsgaard obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, and Information Sciences from Copenhagen Business School in 2007. Hjalte then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Business Processes, and Enterprise Architecture (Cand.merc.dat) from the same institution, completing it in 2010. Additionally, in 2009, they attended the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on International Business & Management.
