Jerry Witt

Jerry Witt is an accomplished Principal Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in medical device development and improvement. Currently at Insulet Corporation since October 2016, Jerry has focused on insulin pump enhancements. Previous roles include Senior Electrical Engineer at Abiomed, where significant reliability improvements were made to the Impella Controller, and design responsibilities for the Symphony Heart Assist Pump Driver. Jerry also contributed to Philips Medical Systems, where leadership in the Acquisition Control Board project resulted in a cost-effective and reliable engineering solution. Jerry's background includes project management in ultrasound technology, design for the CX50 Compact Ultrasound System, and foundational design engineering at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard. Jerry holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
