Jonathan Hess

Jonathan Hess is an experienced talent management and organizational development professional with a robust background in supporting companies through transitions and enhancing organizational effectiveness. They served as a Talent Management Intern at Sprint, where they contributed to the rollout of competency models, and later held various roles, including Manager and Specialist at Arena Pharmaceuticals, where they led learning strategies during the company's acquisition by Pfizer. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Organizational Development & Change Management at Insulet Corporation, after leading talent initiatives at Mirati Therapeutics during its acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb. Jonathan Hess holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The University of Tulsa.
