Lindsey Baumer has extensive work experience in legal and counsel roles. Lindsey is currently the Director & Counsel at Insulet Corporation, a role they began in March 2022. Prior to this, Lindsey worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as Vice President & Counsel from March 2015 to March 2022, where they provided legal advice and negotiated agreements related to contracts, vendors, technology, and data issues. Lindsey has in-depth experience with cybersecurity regulations and data protection standards. From December 2009 to March 2015, Lindsey worked as a Senior Manager at Harvard Clinical Research Institute, advising senior management on legal and contractual risk for various clinical and business matters. Lindsey also managed a team for clinical site contracting. Lindsey has also held roles at Fidelity Investments, Robert Half Legal, Newman & Newman, P.C., Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Chapdelaine Law Office, where they gained valuable experience in contract analysis, legal analysis, and research.
Lindsey Baumer earned a J.D. in Law from Suffolk University Law School between 2005 and 2008, following a B.S. in Government and Sociology from Suffolk University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, between 2001 and 2002, they pursued Political Science and Business at the University of Rhode Island.
