Lynn Zarif, M.A., is a Lebanese American user experience researcher and service design leader based in NYC, currently serving as a Senior Staff Service Designer and Researcher at Insulet Corporation. With over eight years of experience in industries ranging from healthcare to aviation, Lynn has previously held roles at McKesson, The US Oncology Network, and various consulting firms. They possess a Master’s degree in Research for Design and Innovation from ELISAVA and are actively involved in the leadership team of the SDN NYC Chapter.
