Matthew Lopez

Matthew Lopez currently serves as a UX Content Strategist at Insulet Corporation, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Masimo from April 2021 to October 2025 as a Content Strategist & Technical Writer, leading UX writing and content design for IoT products and shaping the content strategy for the consumer product organization. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Writer at Arlo Technologies, Inc., from October 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities entailed managing digital content for the support knowledge base and collaborating across various teams to fulfill documentation needs. Matthew began his career at Arlo Technologies as an Intern Technical Writer, focusing on technical documentation for the flagship Arlo Ultra camera. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Information Design and Strategy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San José State University.
