Michael Schultz

Director, Global Manufacturing Engineering at Insulet

Michael Schultz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael started their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Parlex in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Process R&D Engineering Co-op at Instrumentation Laboratory. The following year, Schultz was an R&D Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Insulet Corporation. Michael then joined Teleflex Incorporated in 2014 as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer before returning to Insulet Corporation in 2015. At Insulet, Schultz held various roles including Manufacturing Engineer, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Manager of Quality & Operations, Sr. Manager of Global Manufacturing Engineering, and currently serves as the Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering.

Michael Schultz completed their education history as follows:

- From 2005 to 2009, they attended Bishop Guertin High School and obtained a High School Diploma.

- Then, from 2009 to 2014, they studied at Northeastern University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).

- Currently, from 2022 to 2024, they are enrolled in MITx Courses to pursue a MicroMasters degree in Principles of Manufacturing.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a SolidWorks Associate - Mechanical Design certification from Dassault Systèmes in 2013.
