Patty Dolan

Patty Dolan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patty most recently served as the Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Insulet Corporation starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Hologic, Inc. from May 2015 to December 2020. In 2007, they joined Covidien as the Securities Counsel and Assistant Secretary, where they remained until May 2015. Before transitioning into corporate roles, Patty worked at Nixon Peabody as a Partner from January 2007 to September 2007, and as an Associate from September 2003 to January 2007. Patty also gained experience working in the legal department of Telstra as Counsel on secondment from September 2004 to September 2005. Patty began their career as an Associate at Hutchins Wheeler & Dittmar, where they worked from 1998 to 2003.

Patty Dolan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Yale University in the years 1989-1993. Patty later pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Duke University School of Law from 1995-1998.
