Rod Herbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations program management and supply chain leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations Program Management at Insulet Corporation since July 2022, Rod previously held significant roles at Baker Hughes and GE companies, including Executive Global Materials Manager and Executive Supply Chain Transformation Leader. With expertise in materials management, supply chain transformation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Rod has successfully driven improvements in efficiency and cost savings, achieving notable results such as annual savings of $20MM through supply chain consolidation projects.
