Ryan Lee

Ryan Lee is a Design Transfer Quality Engineer at Insulet Corporation since October 2023. Previously, Ryan held positions as an Otolaryngology Device Design engineer at Boston University College of Engineering, where contributions included over 50 hours of surgical observation, the development of a traceability matrix, and programming diagnostic devices. As a Research & Design Engineer, Ryan collaborated with clinical partners to create medical devices, designed prototypes in SOLIDWORKS, and conducted extensive testing. Prior experience as a Process Engineer Co-op at DRÄXLMAIER Group involved collaboration on production processes and statistical analysis for quality improvement. Ryan's early work as a lifeguard and ride operator at The Funplex emphasized guest safety and enjoyment. Ryan holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University.
