Tim Williams has extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology risk management. Tim is currently serving as the VP and Chief Information Security Officer at Insulet Corporation since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ZOLL Medical Corporation from April 2020 to October 2023, where they held the position of CISO & Director of Technology Risk. In this role, they successfully established and managed a skilled team and built a robust management structure covering various areas of information security. Tim also collaborated with different departments within the organization and was responsible for information security architecture and risk management across various platforms and devices. Additionally, Tim acted as a trusted advisor to senior executives and drove risk decisions. Tim also served as a Security Engineer at CoBiz Financial Inc. from March 2011 to May 2014 and as a Systems Engineer at United Western Bancorp from February 2004 to February 2010.

Tim Williams holds a Masters of Science degree in Information Assurance, which they obtained from Regis University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they completed between 1999 and 2003. Tim also holds additional certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² and the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA, both obtained in 2021.
