Ty Mortensen

Ty Mortensen is an experienced operations and supply chain executive with 25 years in the aviation, energy, and life sciences industries. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Leader for Insulet Corporation, Ty previously held the position of Vice President of Operations for the Laboratory Equipment Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing global operations across ten sites. With a strong track record of driving strategic growth and enhancing operational efficiencies, Ty has successfully led teams and initiatives at major companies like GE Aviation, where they increased output and transformed site operations. Ty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
