Wei Hu

Wei Hu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Edge Enterprises as a Talent, Software Developer, and Graphic Designer, where they collaborated with researchers and teachers to develop educational software. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Software Engineer at Cerner Corporation, where they implemented various projects and played a key role in the migration from legacy systems to Java. Wei then embarked on a sabbatical to travel the world and participate in charitable activities before joining Golden Hour Data Systems as a Software Engineer. In this role, they led projects and was responsible for the design and implementation of software solutions. Later, they worked at Everyone Counts, Inc. as a Senior and later a Software Engineer, focusing on voter registration and software security. From 2018 onwards, Wei joined Insulet Corporation, where they started as a Staff Software Engineer and eventually became the Principal Cloud Security Architect. Their responsibilities included mentoring teams, designing and implementing microservices, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.
