Ashwin Kumar

Ashwin Kumar currently serves as the Manager of VRM at InsuranceDekho, where they lead the establishment of the VRM Health agency and collaborate with teams to enhance user experience and accessibility for insurance advisors. Previously, they held leadership roles at Care Insurance, where they developed training programs and drove business growth across India. Ashwin also worked as a Senior Sales Manager at ICICI Lombard, managing over 75 channel partners while improving sales capabilities through training. They graduated with a PGDM in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Smt Indira Gandhi College of Engineering.
