Jon Smelquist

Jon Smelquist is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Head of Information & Architecture at Smart Access since January 2018, Jon also operates Tiny Monster Inc. as the Owner and contributes as a Full Stack Developer at InsureCert Systems Inc. since November 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Back-end Developer/DevOps at TradePros from January 2016 to March 2018 and a Developer position at Yellow Pencil from January 2011 to February 2018. Jon holds a Computer Systems Technology degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed between 2005 and 2007.
