Jayabal Rajendran

Jayabal Rajendran has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Jayabal is currently working at InsuredMine, where they hold the position of Director of Engineering since June 2022. Before this, they served as a Lead Engineer at the same company from July 2021. Prior to joining InsuredMine, Jayabal worked at Squash Apps as a Software Engineer from June 2018 to June 2020. Jayabal also gained experience as a Software Developer at KLR Technologies from August 2017 to May 2018. Overall, Jayabal has proven expertise in software development and has progressed to managerial roles in recent years.

Jayabal Rajendran attended Jansons Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Additionally, they have received several certifications and awards throughout their career. In 2018, they were recognized as the Employee of the Month in September while working at Squash apps. In 2019, they received the Employee of the Month award in February and was also honored as the Cloud Nine collaborator Award(Best Team Lead) in March. From March to June 2019, they were also recognized as the Employee of the Quarter. While working at InsuredMine, Jayabal received the Potential Leader designation in December 2020 and was awarded the IM Star in April 2021. In 2021, they received the Annual Awardee recognition in November. Most recently, in 2023, Jayabal obtained the Precious Gem Award in January and the Piller of Insuredmine certification in June.
