Martin Einemo has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin is currently the CEO and co-founder of Insurely, an insurance services company that focuses on building the future of insurance. Prior to this, they worked at EY as a Manager and Data Analytics Lead, where they provided advisory services and led the strategic offering in Data & Analytics for financial services clients. Before that, they worked at Kroodle as a Lead Data Scientist, where they developed a score model to predict risky drivers for a pay-how-you-drive car insurance product. Martin also has experience as a Backend Developer at Nasdaq, where they maintained and developed calculation libraries for fixed income products. Additionally, they founded Mathema Education, an educational startup that offered personalized teaching services. Martin was also a founder, project manager, and board member for Lund Sustainable Engineers, a non-profit organization focused on sustainability and environmental issues. Martin has experience as an Assistant Teacher in Automatic Control at Lund University and as a Summer Intern in Financial Software Development at Bloomberg. Martin also worked as an in-store salesman at K-rauta AB.
Martin Einemo received their high school education from Erik Dahlbergsgymnasiet, where they completed the Technology Programme from 2005 to 2008. Martin then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Engineering Physics with Financial Modeling at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, from 2009 to 2014. In 2013, they participated as an exchange student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, in 2014, they engaged in a short-term research program at City University of Hong Kong, working on Statistical Signal Processing for their M.Sc. thesis.
