Viktor Gustafsson

Viktor Gustafsson has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Viktor started their career in 2016 as an Interaction Designer & Front-End Developer at Daresay by Knightec, where they worked on Syntes, a cancer treatment plans project. Viktor then worked as a UX-researcher at Bontouch, focusing on Intelligent Personal Assistants and voice interfaces.

In 2017, Viktor joined Daresay Digital Agency as a Design Consultant until 2020. During this time, they gained experience in various design projects. Viktor also worked at Clas Ohlson as a Product Designer and Service Designer, contributing to the development and launch of the Clas Fixare app.

In 2019, Viktor worked at Länsförsäkringar as a UX Designer, where they were involved in the design of the mobile bank app's new startpages. Viktor also participated in activities such as product discovery, usability testing, and prototyping.

Viktor's experience also includes working at ICA Gruppen as a Senior User Experience Designer, where they focused on improving the presentation and sales offerings for independent ICA stores.

In 2020, Viktor joined Netlight as a Consultant, progressing to Senior Consultant and Associate Manager. Viktor worked on various client projects, focusing on product transformation, agile/product teams, and design leadership.

In 2022, Viktor worked as a UX Lead at a Leading Private Equity Firm, leading the design and product vision for a collaborative investment tool. Viktor also worked briefly as a Product Manager at a Stealth Mode New Venture.

Most recently, in 2023, Viktor joined Insurely as a Design Manager.

Viktor Gustafsson has pursued their education at Umeå University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in the field of Interaction Technology and Design Engineering.
